Overview

Leon’s Furniture is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help develop and implement effective digital strategies across multiple channels, designed to drive customer acquisition and content engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Executing data-driven digital ad campaigns in line with the promotional schedule
  •  Analyze digital metrics and prepare reports
  •  Work with external agencies to ensure digital programs, ads and feeds are running effectively
  •  Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement monitoring
  •  Collaborate cross-functionally with others to develop objectives, creative content,  audiences, etc to build stronger brand awareness
  •  Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to identify and create best practises
  •  Participate in training sessions/workshops to enhance skills and stay up to date on trends and emerging technologies
  •  General administrative duties such as managing calendars, budgets, and general correspondence between internal and external team members

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with management and posting tools within digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
  • Experience setting up and monitoring ad camapigns in Meta Ad manager
  • Ability to write, execute and analyze ads and posts, keeping the brand’s position top of mind
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Creative individual with an analytical and administrative skill set
  • Experience with excel/word
  • Able to work In-Office (North York,  Jane St/Hwy 401 area)  Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
