We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized Marketing Associate to join our team and help elevate our brand across our owned media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving impactful marketing strategies across a variety of platforms.

 

The Role & Responsibilities of a Marketing Associate – Owned Media Channels:

  • Lead the deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across owned channels (Website, Email, Flyer, Local Search), ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's mission and strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary lead for website content and promotional execution, leveraging A/B testing and UX best practices to convert high-volume traffic into measurable growth.
  • Maintain the email marketing calendar and deployment, ensuring integration with onsite promotions and overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, and eCommerce) to create a seamless customer journey and an integrated, multi-channel experience; both online and in-store.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to bring marketing initiatives to life, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives.
  • Audit owned channel performance. Use data to provide actionable insights that increase on site traffic and engagement, as well as improve the Online-to-Offline customer flow.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of owned media projects, from initial brief and stakeholder alignment to final QA and post-mortem reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (Retail experience is a significant asset).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Merchant Center.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (e.g. Listrak, Mailchimp) including list segmentation and automated flows.
  • Experience with SEO and UX tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for auditing channel performance and data reporting.
