Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Out of Home, Digital/SEM, Social), ensuring that all initiatives align with the brand’s objectives and deliver meaningful results.
  • Collaborate with external media partners and agencies to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized for performance.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience by working closely with the owned media team to maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring paid media campaigns are measured, effective and deliver a positive return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years in Retail Paid Media (Enterprise level preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with proven experience executing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TV/Radio reach/frequency and post-buy analysis.
  • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies or media reps.
  • Experience planning and executing media budgets with strong ability to manage pacing and accruals of complex monthly spend across multiple vendors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

  • In Office at our Toronto/North York Home Office

  • Be an excellent communicator, able to inspire and collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to execute strategies effectively.
  • Be strategic and data-driven, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments for ongoing improvement.
  • Embrace innovation and continuously seek new ways to enhance customer engagement and drive business results through paid media strategies.
  • Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver on deadlines, while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Compensation:

$50,000/yr to $75,000/yr (income may vary based on volume and location)
